The successful candidate will work closely with a Year 6 student diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and a Year 3 student with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ensuring they receive tailored assistance to enhance their educational experience.Key Responsibilities : - Provide individualised support to the Year 6 student with ADHD and the Year 3 student with ASD, adapting strategies to meet their unique learning requirements.- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and contribute to their ongoing development.- Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify and adapt classroom activities, ensuring accessibility and engagement for the supported students.- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the students' social, emotional, and academic growth.- Monitor and record the students' progress, providing regular feedback to teachers, parents, and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO).- Maintain con...
