Learning Support Assistant (LSA)​Location : Henleaze ​Contract Type : Temporary - All of Term 5​Working Hours : Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 3 : 40 PM)​Role Overview : We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide one-to-one support for two students with special educational needs during Term 5. The successful candidate will work closely with a Year 6 student diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and a Year 3 student with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ensuring they receive tailored assistance to enhance their educational experience.​Key Responsibilities : - Provide individualised support to the Year 6 student with ADHD and the Year 3 student with ASD, adapting strategies to meet their unique learning requirements.​- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and contribute to their ongoing development.​- Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify and adapt classroom activities, ensuring accessibility and engagement for the supported students.​- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the students' social, emotional, and academic growth.​- Monitor and record the students' progress, providing regular feedback to teachers, parents, and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO).​- Maintain con...
