With a supportive leadership team and experienced SEN department, it’s an excellent environment for a teaching assistant to grow and make a real impact.The Role : As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll support students across Key Stages 3 to 5, working alongside teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support. Your role will involve both 1 : 1 and small group work, helping students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and social-emotional challenges.What We’re Looking For :
