Flourish Education is working with an Ofsted-rated 'Good' Primary School in Bromsgrove, seeking a dedicated TA to support a Year 3 child with autism and ADHD. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and skilled Teaching Assistant to make a real difference in a nurturing school environment. Job Role : Supporting a Year 3 pupil with autism and ADHD on a 1-1 basis.Assisting the Class Teacher with classroom activities and interventions.Encouraging and promoting positive learning experiences for the child.Implementing strategies in line with the National Curriculum and SEND best practices.Providing tailored support to help the pupil achieve learning goals.Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents. Required Skills and Experience : Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK school.Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly autism and ADHD.Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and Key Stage 2 (KS2).Ability to work closely with the Class Teacher and SENCO.A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
