Job descriptionTime Served Mechanical Fitter or have relevant experience. Experience of building special purpose machines. Experience in assembly. Ability to read assembly / technical documentation such as drawings and work instructions. Adhere to manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Excellent pay rate. Dayshift role. Overtime available.
The Company
Our client is a specialist engineering company. Due growth they are now looking to recruit a Mechanical Workshop Technician.
The Role
- Will be working permanent day shift assembling and building their specialist products.
- Interpret engineering assembly drawings, check parts before commencement of assembly.
- Assemble and fit parts to form sub-assemblies.
- Installation and test of controls.
- To build assemblies to the stated assembly time and quality level.
