An exciting opportunity has arisen in our CorporateSimplification Restructuring Advisory team.
You will have the opportunity to develop a breadthof commercial skills and experience across corporate reorganisations andMembers Voluntary Liquidations within the team. The primary focus of therole is based in London, however we operate a national practice so thesuccessful candidate could be located anywhere in the UK and working alongside Partners / Directorsthroughout the country.
The role will involve attending marketing eventsand working with the Partners and Directors to help them with their marketingand business objectives. The position encourages growth and career development,with a clear path of progression.
Responsibilities :
Our new colleague will be responsible for thefollowing (but not limited to) :
- Complete assignments in accordance with the Firm’s standard procedures and relevant statutory obligations, and to confirm arrangements with the client or company including likely costs and billing arrangements.
- Work closely alongside other Corporate Simplification staff to plan and execute assignments, and manage cases in accordance with the Firm’s standard procedures and relevant statutory and regulatory obligations.

Our new colleague will be CPI or JIEB qualified withprevious experience in a similar role and be able to perform a lead role in MembersVoluntary Liquidations.
