Senior Commercial Associate | Hybrid | £65,000–£75,000

We're working with a well-regarded national law firm looking to expand its Commercial team with a Senior Associate in the Reading or Cardiff office. The firm is known for its strong presence across the private, public and third sectors, and offers a flexible hybrid working model that respects work-life balance.

The Role

This is a brilliant opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial contracts with top-tier clients across health, education, local authority, utilities, tech, and franchising.

You’ll be advising on :

  • Commercial trading agreements
  • IT and outsourcing contracts
  • Franchising and manufacturing agreements
  • Data protection and IP matters

From day one, you’ll be client-facing, drafting and negotiating a broad spectrum of contracts, and encouraged to become an extension of your clients' in-house legal teams.

What They’re Looking For

  • A Commercial Solicitor with 5+ years PQE (Senior Associate level)
  • Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
  • A commercial mindset and clear communication style
  • Comfortable managing your own caseload with support when needed
  • A collaborative approach and genuine interest in continuing to grow your skillset
