Rate of Pay : 38.21 49.84 per hour
Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated HCES (Home and Hospital Education Service) Teacher to support pupils who are unable to attend mainstream school due to medical needs. You will deliver highquality flexible and inclusive education in a variety of settings including homes or the services base. This is a vital role that ensures continued educational progress and wellbeing for vulnerable students.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver engaging and adaptable lessons tailored to individual or small groups including pupils with SEND.
- Maintain regular communication and liaison with the pupils main school parents medical professionals and other agencies.
- Assess record and report pupil progress providing clear feedback and next steps for improvement.
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings INSET training and hometeacher liaison meetings.
- Maintain uptodate records including attendance and pupil logs.
- Support consistent pupil attendance and monitor wellbeing and safeguarding concerns reporting promptly.
- Assist in coordination with exam entries and key stage reporting as necessary.
