    Job Description

    • Assist with the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates.
    • Contribute to onboarding efforts for new employees.
    • Participate in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Support the HR department in administrative tasks and data management.
    • Help with the organisation of training events and programmes.
    • Coordinate with different departments to streamline HR processes.
    • Assist in the development of staff welfare programmes.
    • Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with all legal and company regulations.
    • The Successful Applicant

      A successful Junior HR Executive should have :

    • An academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar fields.
    • Prior experience in a HR role, preferably in the retail industry.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
    • A keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • A proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
