Job descriptionPosition : Income Management Officer Hours : 37.5 per week Salary : £28,392 per annum Location : Binley Business Park, Binley, Coventry, CV3 2SN Liaise with various Local authorities with regards of benefits entitlements Maintain and update Housing Benefits awards which has an impact on residents ’rent (double entry system) Take action to prevent arrears and to recover resident arrears and other debts owed to the Trust in accordance with ECCT Policy and Procedures. Set up and maintain residents’ records Experience with Microsoft Excel essential Collect outstanding arrears Provide advice and guidance with regards to rent arrears in conjunction with Welfare Benefits Advisors and Housing Officers. Liaise with residents, applicants and their representatives concerning any aspect of Income Management. Establish sustainable repayment arrangements from residents with the primary objective of maximising income and recovering debt Other ad-hoc tasks / duties to support the Income Management Team service levels and KPIs. Experience of working in an account reconciliation environment required AAT qualification or experience of double entry bookkeeping. Excellent numeracy, literacy, IT, and communication skills Knowledge of MS Excel & the MS Office Suite Attention to details Friendly Team Player Motivated Well organised Ability to work under pressure Closing Date : 18th August 2024 Interview Date : w / c 25th August 2024

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Income Management Officer to join our team at our friendly Income Management Team and support the team’s commitment in delivering ExtraCare’s mission of “ better lives for older people ”.
