XCL Group are working with a growing company who are looking for a skilled Fabricator Welder who can work on bespoke projects and producing one offs. This company pride themselves on the quality of the products they produce and form strong relationships with their clients. As a result of this they are growing and would like a new Fabricator Welder to help with the increasing workload.Job Responsibilities :

• Fabricating from Aluminium, mild steel and stainless from technical drawings for bespoke products.
• TIG welding and MIG welds to an excellent standard.
• Inspecting products individually and thoroughly to ensure no products are released without 100% inspection.
• Working to produce a range of different products for the engineering industry.
• Manufacturing components for the food manufacturing, valve and pump industries.
• General housekeeping throughout the workshop.
• Basic maintenance of the fabrication machinery and ensuring that all health and safety is adhered to.Job Requirements :
• Must have a past experience of TIG welding and be capable of getting products out within the timescale and to an excellent standard.
• Must have a keen eye for detail and someone who would be very diligent in the quality of work that is produced.
• Own PPE and driving licence would be preferable.Hours :
• Monday – Thursday 7 : 30am – 4 : 30pm
• Friday 7 : 30am – 2 : 30pmThese could be negotiated depending on expectations and experience.We are looking for someone who has an excellent work ethic and who isn’t going to be the first one out of the door but who would be happy to help out and stay to get the job done. The client would pay an overtime rate of time and a half, double time if required to work past 6pm and Saturday PM / Sunday.
