Are you adept at identifying obstacles to students attendance? Are you looking for a new role where you can apply your knowledge of attendance policies and procedures to help boost attendance rates?
PLEASE NOTE : You must have an Enhanced DBS for this role, if you do not have one you will asked to pay for one before starting any work with us.
Requirements :
- Experience working within Student Support Services preferably in a SEND / SEMH or non-mainstream environment
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Able to manage multiple complex priorities under pressure
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with pupils, parents and carers, staff, schools and educational and safeguarding professionals
- Able to manage their own time and work to deadlines
- Experience of handling sensitive and confidential material and working towards GDPR / Safeguarding protocols
- have a thorough understanding of safeguarding and its application and implementation
- have good ICT skills (Familiarity with MS Office is essential. Knowledge of SIMS and CPOMS is desirable)

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SPENCER CLARKE GROUP
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
