My client are a residential contractor who are Based in Beaconsfield who are looking for a Document Controller / Administrator (They are Happy for this to be a trainee too)
The vacancy is to start immediately
1-2 years experience within the construction industry is required - they are however happy to take on a trainee too.Maintain the document control filing and archiving in accordance with the company procedures.Check the validity of the documents in accordance with the Document Numbering System.Record the documents in the company database, organise the dispatch, collect the comments.To provide full secretarial support to Management including arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, circulating and collating information, arranging diariesTo provide administrative support to the team and provide comprehensive support to the department as requiredTo provide liaison with other companies / sitesGeneral Admin tasksDuties will vary day to day
