Were currently expanding our team and are looking for a driven Door Canvasser to join us in reaching new customers and helping them discover the value of our products and services.

Role Overview :

As a Door Canvasser, youll be the face of our brand in local communities, engaging with homeowners to promote our premium home improvement products. Youll work part-time, reaching out to potential customers between 4 : 00 PM and 8 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday. Your goal will be to generate interest in our products and services, qualify leads, and arrange appointments for our sales team to follow up.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement : Knock on doors within assigned areas to introduce First Home Improvements and engage homeowners in conversations about our products.Lead Generation : Qualify leads and gather information to arrange appointments for our sales consultants.

Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our range of products to effectively answer any questions from potential customers.

Appointment Booking : Schedule appointments for potential customers to receive an in-home consultation with one of our sales experts.

Target Achievement : Work towards setting daily / weekly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Feedback Reporting : Provide feedback to the team on customer reactions, trends, and potential areas for improvement.

Confidence & Communication Skills : Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of people.Positive Attitude : A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.Target-Driven : Motivated by achieving personal and team targets, with the ability to work independently.

Organized & Reliable : Ability to manage time effectively and ensure consistent attendance during your scheduled hours.
