Were looking for a motivated Estate Operative (Cleaner) to ensure our communal areas and open spaces in Bath are always at their best.
This opportunity is 22.5 per week (MonWed) fixed term for minimum 9months with possibility to extend.
What Youll Be Doing
As an Estate Operative (Cleaner) youll be part of a twoperson team maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our properties and estates. This role involves working from 7 AM to 3 PM and requires a full clean driving licence to drive our Curo vans.
Key Responsibilities :
- Clean and maintain communal areas including refuse and recycling spaces to a high standard.
- Identify and report any Health & Safety concerns promptly.
- Work closely with your team to deliver excellent service to our residents.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
