Job description
We are seeking a highly experience and skilled Ductwork Sheet Metal Factory Manager to lead and oversee daily operations of our sheet metal fabrication factory.The successful candidate will posses a deep understanding of HVAC ductwork fabrication and installation, excellent leadership capabilities, and a commitment to quality, safety and productivity.This is a full time role based at our FactoryResponsibilities : Factory Management :
- Production Planning & Scheduling : Plan, organize, and oversee daily factory activities, ensuring that all ductwork and sheet metal fabrication projects are completed on time and to specification.
- Workflow Efficiency : Manage resources, tools, and materials effectively to maintain smooth operations and maximize productivity.
- Continuous Improvement : Implement and refine best practices to improve workflow, reduce waste, and enhance production quality.Team Leadership & Development :
- Supervision & Mentorship : Lead a team of sheet metal workers, fabricators, and welders, providing clear direction, guidance, and support to ensure high-performance standards.
- Training & Performance Management : Facilitate training programs and provide regular performance feedback to help team members improve their skills and productivity.
