Responsibilties for the role :
BACS AND SDP’S to various parties
Credit Control, Manual purchase ledger inputs, sales ledger transfers from industry standard software packages
Managing part time ( 20 hours ) accounts assistant
General Admin, stationary / janitorial supplies etc
Weekly payroll 25 staff, monthly payroll 14 staff
Month end routines and MER with Barclays, VAT return, Petty cash etc
Annual P11D, assiting Audit procedures,
Immediate start preferred, salary according to experience. Qualified, or Qualified by experience.
