Job overview
This post is Fixed term / Secondment for months to meet the needs of the service.
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and committed band nurse to join Dosa / Tudno Ward at Ysbyty Gwynedd.
The nursing team is proactive and innovative with a wealth of knowledge in this unique field of day elective surgery. They are also a very friendly and supportive team who demonstrate fantastic team work.
Main duties of the job All applicants are expected to keep abreast with new initiatives and interventions within nursing care. A deputy is expected to drive mandatory training and other courses which are relevant to the ward.
Staff will receive induction and support through staff meeting and personal development reviews.
In general, this is an exciting and fascinating ward opportunity for professional development and expertise in the field.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and / or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
