- To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
As a Nurse your key duties include :
Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused careMentor and assist team membersProvide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescriptionWork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and with external organisations and hospital trustsPromote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users and providers to the serviceAdhere to company procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in implementation and reviewContinuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to patientsDemonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient careThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role :
Experience in renal nursing advantageous (full training will be provided)Good communication skillsGood knowledge of current professional nursing issuesAbility to adapt to change within the working situationGood interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing, flexibleAble to work effectively within a teamThe successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
