Maintenance Technician
Salary : £58,000
Location : Banbury, Oxfordshire
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join a leading industrial manufacturer. This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician / Engineer with strong mechanical and electrical skills to support the maintenance and smooth operation of factory machinery in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will handle planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and perform machinery upgrades and modifications while adhering to safety and operational standards.
Skills required for the Maintenance Technician :
- Level 3 qualification in Engineering (or equivalent).
- Experience in an industrial factory environment is essential.
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills, including fault finding and repairs
- Knowledge of PLC systems, motors, drives, and hydraulic / pneumatic systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations within a manufacturing setting.
