Job Title : Screen PrinterLocation : BanburySalary : £28,000 - £30,000Job Type : PermanentWorking Hours : 8.00am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 1.30pm Fridays.About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in silk screen printing and be responsible for operating printing equipment, preparing screens, mixing inks, and ensuring high-quality print production.If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for precision, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and set up screens, inks, and materials for printing.Operate screen printing machines to produce high-quality prints on various surfaces.Mix and match inks to achieve the correct colors and consistency.Inspect printed materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment.Maintain and clean screens, presses, and other printing equipment to ensure efficiency and longevity.Adjust machine settings to accommodate different print jobs and substrates.Follow design specifications, templates, and client requirements to ensure consistency.Work with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues such as ink coverage, registration errors, or screen defects.Ensure health and safety standards are met in the printing environment.Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience : Previous experience in screen printing, textile printing, or industrial printing is preferred.Technical Skills : Familiarity with printing equipment, ink mixing, and color matching techniques.Attention to Detail : Ability to produce high-quality, precise prints with minimal errors.Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot printing issues and adjust machine settings accordingly.Time Management : Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.Team Player : Works well in a collaborative production environment.Physical Stamina : Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.Preferred QualificationsIndustry Knowledge : Understanding of printing techniques, substrates, and ink chemistry.What We OfferCompetitive salary & overtime opportunitiesFull training & career development programsA dynamic and supportive team environmentA chance to work with innovative printing technologiesInterested?
