Their commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction makes them a top choice for travel professionals looking to make a significant impact in the industry.Our client offers a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a chance to be part of a passionate team dedicated to excellence!Job Responsibilities : Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any travel-related issues.Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and client preferences.Stay updated on travel regulations, industry trends, and destination information.Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and services for clients.Prepare and distribute travel itineraries and documentation to clients.Assist in the development of travel policies and procedures.Support the sales team with travel-related queries and proposals.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in travel coordination or a similar role.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.Knowledge of travel regulations and industry best practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.Relevant qualifications in travel and tourism or a related field are advantageous.Essential Criteria : At least 6 months previous experience in travel co-ordination, managing multiple travel arrangements simultaneously in a business environment,Minimum 5 GCSE's Grade C or above to include Maths and English or equivalent,Proven ability to manage high volumes of travel arrangements. Demonstratable experience of financial tracking and budget management.
