Join our team at The Mytton and Mermaid , as a Car Park Attendant, where you'll be an integral part of ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

As a Car Park Attendant, you will play a crucial role in managing our busy pub's parking facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the parking area, ensuring smooth operations and an organized flow of vehicles. You will assist customers in finding suitable parking spaces, managing traffic during peak hours, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities :

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist patrons in finding available parking spaces and guide them to designated areas.
Maintain an organized parking system, ensuring efficient use of space.
Manage traffic flow during busy periods, directing vehicles to appropriate areas.
Monitor the car park for any security concerns or unauthorized parking.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer queries or concerns.
Collect parking fees and issue tickets when necessary.
Keep the car park clean and tidy, removing litter and ensuring proper signage.
Collaborate with pub staff to ensure seamless coordination of customer needs.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements :

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations tactfully.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
