Job description

Prospero Teaching is looking for Maths Teachers / Tutors in Shrewsbury (SY3) to deliver tuition sessions on a 1 : 1 basis to young people that are currently without a school placement or struggling with education.

The student (Years 10) faces challenges when it comes to Maths. The student is currently working at ungraded but needs to achieve at least a target of 3. She needs help to understand and retain information.

Opportunity Details :

Location – 1 : 1 Face to Face Tuition, Shrewsbury, (SY3)

Time – Weekdays – 8am to 4pm – 16 hours per week

Position – Maths Tutor

Tutors must :

Possess UK teaching experience

Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box.

Hold the right to work in the UK.

Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.

Provide minimum of two professional references to cover the past 2 years of complete the history (2022 to 2024)
