Using a blend of in-person and virtual sessions, youll deliver engaging training, monitor progress, and support learners to achieve their goals, including preparation for End-Point Assessment (EPA).Do you have housing / property experience and looking to develop your career in a coach role where you will be able to shape the future of talented Housing leaders and managers ? This could be your next best move.The senior housing and property management occupation in both social and private housing sectors is responsible for the management and delivery of housing and property related services within their business and service area(s).The learners you will work with will be involved with the management of resources with delegated authority to deliver the business objectives. The work must comply with contractual, statutory and legal regulations. The senior housing and property manager manages a specific function and associated team(s) whilst working with the wider organisation, team, communities and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging training aligned with apprenticeship standardsSupport learners in achieving English, Maths, and ICT functional skills at Level 2.Conduct regular progress reviews and visits to ensure development and success.Collaborate with line managers to provide learners with the guidance they need.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and best practices.Promote safeguarding, British values, and learner well-being throughout the programme.Handle administration tasks and compliance within set deadlines.What Were Looking ForQualifications :

Level 3 qualification in your field + Assessor Award (D32 / 33 or TAQA) and / OR Teaching Certificate PTLLS / CTLLs / DTLLS / PGCE / Cert Ed - My client will put you through your CAVA qualificationExperience :

Apprenticeship delivery, assessment, and knowledge of government-funded training ideally.Skills :
