Building Maintenance Operative / Caretaker

The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Building Maintenance Operative / Caretaker for our manufacturing client based in Ashton-Under-Lyne.

Duties will include :

Opening & Locking the building

Checking the security of the building

General Maintenance Tasks such as Painting & Cleaning

This will be a 37 hour week working on the below rotating weekly shift pattern.

Week 1 :

Monday - Friday : 5.30am - 12.15pm

Saturday : 6.30am - 12.30pm

Week 2 :

Monday - Friday : 2.15pm - 10.30pm

You may be required to work overtime occasionally

The pay rate for this role will be £12.31 per hour

Temporary to Permanent after 12 weeks for the right candidate
