You will conduct thorough inspections, identifying any pre- and post-rental damage, following Thriftys management processes.Key Responsibilities : Deliver and collect vehicles from various locationsIdentify and record vehicle damage using appropriate documentation / systems per Thrifty's damage management procedurePerform comprehensive vehicle safety checks before delivery and at quality inspection stagesAccurately and clearly complete fuel sheetsDebowse vehicles as instructed, adhering to safety guidelinesClean vehicles thoroughly to meet company standards and customer requirementsUndertake security checks and verify rental documentation as requiredComplete any necessary paperworkComply with all Thrifty vehicle proceduresCommunicate accurately and appropriately, both verbally and in writingDrive carefully and consideratelyDress according to company uniform standards, maintaining a clean and smart appearanceAct as an ambassador of the company, promoting company interests at all timesIdeal Candidate : Driving Skills : Holds a full manual driving license for a minimum of 12 months. Demonstrates careful and considerate driving behaviour, ensuring the safety of passengers, vehicles and other road usersFlexibility : Exhibits a flexible approach to working hours, rotas and locationsAttention to Detail : Has an eye for detail, particularly when conducting vehicle inspections and documenting any damage.
