We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estate Officer to join Grove Village Housing Management team, to support with delivering a range of professional housing and estate management services to our customers.

Grove Village is a housing estate comprising of circa 1000 rented and privately owned properties situated in Ardwick just outside Manchester City Centre and offers unique housing experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Estate Officer that thrives on providing excellent customer service and continuously seeks to improve performance.

What will my working week look like?

This is an estate based position providing assistance for our customers living on Grove Village, managing the upkeep of communal and private areas of the Grove Village estate.

You will work 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday and may sometimes be required to help other areas of the business across the Northwest.

What will I be responsible for doing?

First and foremost, you will be be responsible for managing the upkeep of communal and private areas of the Grove Village estate, carrying out a range of environmental duties :

• litter picking
• hand delivering letters and taking stamped letters to the post box
• removing large unwanted goods from our customer’s homes
• jet washing
• general gardening in both communal and private gardens

One of the great things about this role is working within a great team providing tangible support to our customers.

Managing your own time is an important part of the role.
