- Provide high-quality care and education for children, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to support their development in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and conducting regular risk assessments to ensure the well-being of the children.
- Observe and assess children's progress, keeping detailed records and reporting to parents and senior staff to support individual learning plans.
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress, and work collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure consistent care and communication.As a Nursery Practitioner you will have :
- A level 3 or above childcare qualification
