We are currently looking for a polite, proactive, dedicated, and a team playing individual who can provide outstanding customer service to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant
What will my role look like?
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be representing EG Group in a positive, professional manner while preforming a range of duties such as engaging with our customers, delivering a fast and friendly service to the highest standards, and working on the till. With your up-sell skills, you will contribute to the store’s goals and increase the sales, and profits.
What would my main responsibilities be?
Full training will be provided)
- Identify common suspicious activity and transactions.
- Take delivery of fuel and store stock items.
- Check stock regularly.
- Adhere to Challenge 25 policies on age restricted items, and checking of ID.
- Ensure the store is well merchandised.
- Keep temperature records in line with procedure.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the site.
- Operate the cash register, handle money, and give correct change.
- Ensure that Food Safety and Health & Safety Policies and Procedures are followed.
