As a Storesperson , you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely picking and dispatching of orders according to our picklist, meticulously recording any traceability details as per company guidelines. Your attention to detail will ensure that orders are picked correctly and efficiently using our computerised stock system. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the housekeeping standards of the store and spare parts area.
Ideally, you will come from a transactional stores environment and have working knowledge of computerised stock systems. You should be eager to embrace new challenges, develop your skills, and expand your knowledge through a variety of exciting initiatives.
WORKPLACE : Dyce (moving to Kintore at the end of August 2024)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Loading / Unloading lorries and vans
- Reporting of any inaccuracies or delivery discrepancies
- Being responsible for the accurate picking of parts, issuing the materials both physically and electronically
- Preparing delivery paperwork
- Housekeeping of goods in & despatch areas of the stores
- General administration, stocktaking and housekeeping duties
