The role

Reporting to the Head of Operations

Leading the planning team consisting of 3 – lead planner, planning coordinator and planning manager.
Reducing operational downtime through contingency management.
Minimizing labour costs and production hours
Ensuring all products are produced in line with Product specifications & QAS sheets.
Coordination of labour and materials.
Daily management and monitoring of stock levels.

Skills and Experience

Experience in a Planning role

Excellent IT skills, especially Excel.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.

Good communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.

Good communication skills.

Flexibility with regards to working hours.

If successful, the salary for this position is £45,- £55,
