As the Clinical Lead, you’ll drive clinical quality, support operational teams, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes for the people we support. Your expertise will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Oversight : Ensure care delivery aligns with NICE guidelines, regulatory standards, and best practices.
- Team Leadership : Guide and develop a team of nurses and therapists to deliver outstanding clinical support.
- Quality & Compliance : Monitor service performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaboration : Work closely with operational leaders to integrate clinical excellence into service delivery.
- Innovation : Develop and deliver training, policies, and therapeutic programmes to advance care quality.
