Job Role :

• Prepare and plate food during service keeping a high standard at all times
• Keep up to date with industry trends to help contribute to new menus and specials
• Ensure a first-in-first-out system with all stock to make sure stock rotation is kept up to date
• Ensure standard portions and quality of dishes
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and ensure sanitation practices in the kitchen
• Keep track of inventory to ensure smooth services
