About Your New Job As a Production Operative, you will support the manufacture of high-quality veterinary products within a GMP-regulated environment. You will : Operate production equipment in line with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Comply with Health & Safety and Quality standards at all times. Complete relevant documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Support cleaning procedures and ensure audit readiness of work areas. Monitor outputs, report issues, and contribute to process improvements. What Skills You Need At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing setting using quality-regulated processes. Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths internal assessment will be completed. Attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage your own workload. Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Flexibility to work a rotating shift schedule including nights and weekends. Desirable : Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or similarly regulated environments. Familiarity with GMP procedures. Whats on Offer Salary : £14.09£15.69 per hour (depending on experience), plus shift premiums. Shifts : Standard MondayFriday rotating shifts (6am2pm, 2pm10pm, 10pm6am) and 12-hour continental shifts available. Day (6am6pm), Night (6pm6am).
