Location : Nationwide opportunities – includes travel to learner workplaces (3 days per week)
Salary : Up to £32,000 (DOE)
Are you passionate about supporting others in Health & Social Care and enjoy being on the move? We’re looking for a dedicated Trainer / Assessor to join our team, helping learners succeed by conducting in-person workplace observations and providing expert coaching.
In this role, you’ll travel three days a week to observe learners, assess their practical skills, and guide them through their apprenticeship journey.
What the role involves :
- Conduct in-person workplace observations and assessments
- Support learners with coaching, feedback, and mock assessments
- Track progress and create action plans for development
- Ensure learners are EPA-ready and confident in their skills
- Build strong relationships with learners and employers
- Stay current with care standards and best practices
