In this position, you will be involved in the renovation and rapid interior construction projects for a well-established primary contractor, encompassing a range of values from £0.5 million to £10 million. You will be involved in all aspects of Quantity Surveying, from procurement and tendering to contract administration.
Being part of a compact team located in the North-West, you will enjoy the chance to take on a multifaceted role and have the freedom to shape the position according to your own preferences and responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a degree or an equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise with at least 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor specialising in refurbishment projects.
- Profound familiarity with building contracts, construction legislation, and standard measurement methodologies.
- Exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking.
- An active, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
My client is offering a salary of £75,000 – £85,000 depending on experience. Alongside this, my client will include a travel allowance, private healthcare, company pension and cycle to work scheme. You will also have the opportunity to work one day per week at home as well as their central Manchester based offices. Alongside this you will get 21 days annual leave plus bank holiday.
