Job description

A renowned, International Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking a hands-on Director, from a Quantity Surveying background, to enhance their Manchester office.

The Quantity Surveying Director Role

This consultancy, known for its global presence and award-winning projects, offers an exciting opportunity for career development within their team comprising of 15 Quantity Surveyors and a further 15 Project Managers.

The new Director will become an integral part of a team that works across a diverse range of projects from £2m - £50m+ including Residential, Commercial Office, Higher Education. As well as areas they have clients but are currently trying to develop such as Aviation, Healthcare / Hospitals, and Industrial.

Collaborating closely with board members and partners, the incoming Director's role will be three-fold : project delivery, management of the team, and developing into new ventures & sectors.

A Director with a client base in the Manchester area, or at least a desire to work in a more strategic role involving business development, networking and work winning is highly desirable.

The Director Role

  • MRICS Qualified
  • Excellent Pre & Post Contract Experience
