Your day-to-day

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Reward, working on our loyalty platform in a fast-paced, agile environment, you will contribute to designing and developing our core product infrastructure alongside the Engineering Team. The platforms you build are used daily by millions of users.

About You

We seek passionate engineers interested in their field. While specific languages and frameworks evolve, we value your problem-solving approach as a Senior DevOps Engineer. Skills in the following are advantageous, but not mandatory for all :

  • Containerization (Docker)
  • Orchestration (Kubernetes, Fargate)
  • Cloud deployment and management (AWS)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Scripting (Python, Bash)
  • CI / CD (GitHub Actions)
  • Agile methodologies
  • Version control (GitHub), code reviews, good practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or related fields, with a strong grasp of microservices and open-source software
  • Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure), IaC, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI / CD pipelines, with tools like Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible
  • Understanding of quality assurance principles, testing methodologies
  • Experience working in Agile teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
