This role will focus on :
- Strategic Value Stream Production Leadership : Manage and optimize the end-to-end value stream from raw materials to finished products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Operational Excellence : Champion lean methodologies to unlock efficiencies, minimize waste, and drive sustainable improvements.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and operators, cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and growth.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure products meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Cost Management : Develop and execute cost-management strategies to achieve financial targets and improve operational margins.
- Performance Metrics : Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify operational improvements, drive action plans, and achieve measurable business results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments such as engineering, procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure a unified approach to operational opportunities and improvements.
- Customer Focus : Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivery performance.
- Proactive Problem Solving : Lead the resolution of production challenges swiftly and effectively to maintain operational flow and minimize downtime.
- Innovation and Strategy Development : Design and implement forward-thinking strategies to achieve long-term operational excellence and industry leadership.
What you’ll be doing :
Oversee and optimize the entire production process for both ASPECO and WM Pump Assembly from raw materials to finished products.Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and operators, leading cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.Maintain high standards of product quality and compliance with industry regulations.Control production costs and work within budget constraints.Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.Ensure timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.Create and implement strategies for process improvements and operational excellence.Who you’ll be working with :
