This role will focus on :

• Strategic Value Stream Production Leadership : Manage and optimize the end-to-end value stream from raw materials to finished products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Operational Excellence : Champion lean methodologies to unlock efficiencies, minimize waste, and drive sustainable improvements.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and operators, cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and growth.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure products meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Cost Management : Develop and execute cost-management strategies to achieve financial targets and improve operational margins.
• Performance Metrics : Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify operational improvements, drive action plans, and achieve measurable business results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments such as engineering, procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure a unified approach to operational opportunities and improvements.
• Customer Focus : Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivery performance.
• Proactive Problem Solving : Lead the resolution of production challenges swiftly and effectively to maintain operational flow and minimize downtime.
• Innovation and Strategy Development : Design and implement forward-thinking strategies to achieve long-term operational excellence and industry leadership.
