Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value projects, providing strategic leadership and ensuring successful project delivery from inception to completion.

The Role :

• Managing multiple projects across various sectors, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Acting as the key client interface, providing expert guidance, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Overseeing all project phases, from feasibility and planning through to handover.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Implementing risk management strategies and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Providing clear progress reports and updates to senior management and clients.
