Capital Raising & Investor Relations Executive

Activequity is an emerging specialist private equity and consultancy firm. We are delighted to open this opportunity for an ambitious financial services, investor relations or investment advisory professional in the earlier stages of their career to join our fast-paced capital raising team where there is a lot of opportunity to broaden your private equity experience.

Working closely with senior partners in the firm, you will be part of a highly focused capital raising team tasked with researching, evaluating, and contacting prospective professional investors including family offices, specialist corporates, and investment offices that may be suitable to a highly distinctive investment strategy.

This is an opportunity with a flexible initial engagement and remuneration structure to be determined by mutual agreement. We are looking for ambitious professionals at an early stage of their career who welcome learning opportunities and are willing to take real accountability to deliver their part in a highly organised capital raising programme over the next six months, on a predominantly performance-based remuneration structure. Earning potential is very significant given the expectations and dedication required. Following this, there are multiple routes and opportunities ahead depending on skillset and performance. Details will be provided during the process.

Depending on the nature of the arrangements, the successful candidate will be based in UK or Switzerland, and available to start immediately. This is a highly flexible opportunity that will be mainly remote working based with occasional in-person team meetings in Oxford or London. You will have at least two years of experience in investment banking, investor relations, private equity, venture capital, or other similar background with a good understanding of private markets and the categories of professional investors relevant to private equity investments.

Multiple languages (particularly German and French) are all desirable but not essential.
