Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all financial strategy, capital structuring, and long-term planning
  • Prepare the company for a high-value PE or strategic exit - from positioning to due diligence to deal structuring
  • Support ongoing M&A by analyzing targets, integrating financials, and building scalable systems
  • Oversee capital raises, investor relations, and board-level reporting
  • Build and lead the finance function across multiple business units
  • Provide strategic insights across pricing, profitability, and cashflow optimization
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership on growth strategy

    • Requirements

    What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience in finance, with a proven track record of successful exits (private equity transactions preferred)
  • Background in investment banking, PE, or corporate development at top firms such as Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Blackstone, KKR, or similar
  • Experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth, acquisition-heavy environment
  • Deep expertise in valuations, financial modeling, due diligence, and investor negotiations
  • CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent top-tier qualification preferred
  • Operational and strategic - able to zoom into details and zoom out to drive vision
  • Bonus : exposure to SaaS, digital media, AI, or technology-enabled businesses

  • Base Salary : $160,000 - $250,000 (DOE)
