Job Title : Production Operative IMMEDIATE WORK 📍 Location : Sittingbourne - Bicknor 🕕 Hours : Monday to Friday, 06 : 00 - 14 : 00 (Must be flexible to stay later when production requires) 💼 Type : Full-Time- Temp 💷 Pay : 12.21ph Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking to join a fast-paced production team? We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to support our growing manufacturing operation. 🛠️ Key Duties and Responsibilities : You will need to be capable of lifting to 25kg and able to read, write and understand English as they will be weighing / measuring ingredient from a recipe card, and assisting with batching out finished product Operate and clean production machinery and hand tools Monitor the production / assembly line to ensure smooth running Carry out basic quality checks and report any issues Store goods and raw materials safely - forklift duties may be involved (if licensed) Report any machinery faults or production problems to Supervisors Maintain a clean and safe working environment Follow all health & safety and company production procedures ✅ What We're Looking For : A strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality Flexibility to work beyond 14 : 00 when required Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is an advantage If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a vital production process, we'd love to hear from you! 📩 Apply Now - Start your next opportunity with us today
