E3 Recruitment are supporting a Market Leading Product Manufacturer to recruit Production Operatives for a client in the Sittingbourne area. Our client have increased their manufacturing capacity, and due to this have brand new shift opportunities available.

As a market leader in their field, they are looking for operatives who will be an asset to their team, be an effective and proactive team member and work towards company expectations and targets. In return, the company will offer industry leading training and progression within the company.

What’s in it for you as a Production Operative?

• Starting Salary £14.14 ph
• OT Paid at a Premium (1.5x and 2x)
• Hours of work – Monday to Friday split days
• 40 hours – Early Shift 5 : 30am-2pm and Late Shift 1 : 45pm – 10 : 55pm (Weekly rotation)
• Location – Sittingbourne
