Job descriptionWorking independently as well as within a team Adhering to Health and Safety procedures Working within the yard directing incoming traffic General physical duties, lifting, shifting and manoeuvring stock on a daily basis Working in an inside / outside environment depending on the section Ability to work in a team and on your own ensuring health & safety compliance Good timekeeping / reliable Basic computer skills Willingness to learn on the job skills for progression Self-motivation
General Operative
Our client in Sittingbourne, is currently looking for a General Operative to join their developing team on a temporary ongoing basis. Please note this is an extremely physical role, where you will be required to lift and manoeuvre stock on a daily basis by hand.
Salary and Benefits :
- 14.41 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 05 : 30 - 14 : 00 and 13 : 30 - 22 : 00 (rotating shifts each week with occasional weekend work)
- Sittingbourne, Kent
- 28 days holiday
- Weekly pay
- Full training and PPE is provided
