Join Our Dynamic Onsite Production Team at IPL Sittingbourne!

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a QA Production to be a key part of our onsite Production Team at our Fresh Produce packing facility in Sittingbourne. If you are passionate about production and eager to contribute to a vibrant team, this role is ideal for you!

Position Details :

Schedule : 2 on 6 off, 7pm - 7am (Nights)

Location : IPL Sittingbourne - Site Based Role

Contract : 3 months fixed term

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Responsible for quality, labelling, and packaging assessments during production and at end of line
• Decision-making and escalation of potential track changes for products being packed
• Ensure accurate completion of production paperwork, including track changes, job sheets, and packaging verification
• Check weigh calibrations and verification
• Conduct inspections of finished products and packaging to ensure they meet ASDA’s specifications
• Investigate quality or packaging failures and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with production colleagues to maximize yield and reduce giveaway
• Interact with site operations to maintain compliance
