Role Details

A competent and personable head chef who is able to deliver a Menu - to include a wide range of seasonal British and continental food, including many gastro classics.

Dining 75 covers over two levels and outside area

About you

The successful candidate will :

• Must have previous experience in a fresh food gastro style quality driven environment
• Good consistency in your CV
• Have a passion for, and knowledge of fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Demonstrate prowess in their craft
• Demonstrate instinctive leadership skills
• Have a natural creative flair
• Be flexible, professional and calm in their approach
• looking for a long term role
• live in accommodation available

Salary & Benefits :

40 k plus accommodation
