The Product Development organization drives our global product roadmap from concept to shelf, focusing on consumer needs. About The Role

The Product Development Manager defines, develops, and implements new products globally, from proof of concept to retail launch, with ongoing impact. You will drive innovation and aim to deliver 5-star customer experiences worldwide. You should have a can-do mindset and a willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Marketing, Industrial Design, Consumer Insights, Customer Excellence, and European teams to ensure flawless development and execution. Your leadership will ensure on-time product launches, from prototypes to retail and online releases. Given SharkNinja's fast pace, your ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams is crucial. Your passion will be evident in both product quality and sales performance.

As a Product Development Manager, you will work daily with global teams and leadership to align on goals, priorities, and responsibilities. You will provide direction and hands-on leadership, including design work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of product managers overseeing a pipeline of new products for the UK and Europe.
• Collaborate on product definitions, consumer-relevant design targets, and KPIs.
• Develop channel management strategies within product families.
• Create consumer-centric product collateral.
• Ensure regional compliance and advocate early in development.
• Manage product and category financials.
• Coordinate global product launches with a focus on regional specifics.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain and quality risks.
• Conduct regional validation using proven methodologies.
• Drive decision-making and provide clear team direction.
• Work with sales and marketing leaders to ensure successful product launches.
• Translate product features into marketing messages.
• Engage in executive reviews and provide regular updates.
• Prioritize consumer experience and high-quality delivery.
• Build and develop a high-performing team.
• Adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Articulate product solutions clearly to multidisciplinary teams.
• Set priorities and maintain project momentum.
• Encourage innovative thinking and continuous improvement.
