Product Development Manager

Description

Our client a global retail organization is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to support the scaling of its international expansion program during a six-month maternity cover. This role requires prior experience in the food and beverage sector, specifically within a supermarket or grocery retail environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional retail stakeholders across multiple countries, focusing on vendor onboarding, commercial negotiations, and expanding deal offerings. You’ll also work closely with country leadership to understand market-level profitability and recommend improvements to tools and processes that enhance efficiency and performance.

This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the scaling strategy and roadmap for international retail expansion.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to tools and processes that drive growth and profitability across emerging markets.
• Lead and manage key business initiatives, taking a hands-on approach to project execution.
• Own and deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews, providing insights to senior leadership.
